The Art Nouveau movement began in the 1880’s and was richly ornamental and asymmetrical, characterized by a whiplash linearity reminiscent of twining plant tendrils. The Mahogany Art Nouveau Bed is inspired by this wonderful art.

The head and foot boards are constructed of mahogany that is stained a deep warm red and varnished to a high gloss. There is wood trim and plant tendrils applied to the bed that have a lovely aged bronze patina.

The bed looks like an antique. Even antique dealers have mistaken it for an old piece.

Designed with a home of quality in mind, this bed will add to any décor.
