The Traditional Bed was designed using the imposing height and decorative trimming that was popular during the American Revival period. The wood on the bed is solid oak with wonderful oak trim planted on the bed posts. It is finished with a warm rich dark stain and varnished with a satin finish. The head and foot board are upholstered in a green velvet with upholstered buttons to give it a wonderful texture.

The mattress can come in two ways. You can have a full size mattress like most of our other beds or you can have it the way you see it in the photo to the right, with a 1.5 inch foam mattress covered in fabric, with the roll pillow. Either way, it looks incredible.

The style of this bed is truly imposing. The decorative oak trim and the elaborate upholstery work makes this bed a favourite with pet owners that want a pet bed that really stands out in a crowd.
