water tight cedar pet casket.
Water Tight Craftsmanship
Solid clear cedar is used avoiding knots
where moisture could enter.
Base and Lid corners are box joints which
swell with moisture making them even more
water proof.
Double cedar seals are constructed between
the lid and base. This type of joinery
is found in fine humidors.
Typically one seal is used between the
base and lid, we use two.
The solid cedar bottom panel is dadoed
in place, this bottom panel will also
expand with moisture.
